Delivery: Once we have confirmed your order and received payment for the goods, your order will be dispatched. Cheques can take 5 days to clear.
If your order is confirmed and paid for before 2.00pm Monday to Thursday then under normal conditions you will receive next day delivery.
Orders placed between Friday 11.00am and 2.00pm Monday, will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or time but you can expect delivery within 24 hours
Parcels up to 6 Kilograms are sent via 1st Class Post. Parcels over 6 Kilograms and those of higher value are sent via Overnight Courier, for which a signature is generally required on receipt. If any items are out of stock, we will inform you of expected delivery date or refund any payment.

Returns: No merchandise may be returned for credit or adjustment without authorisation. Any goods accepted for credit must be returned in new condition and with original packaging, and will be credited at your cost, postage fees are non refundable. No credit/refund/exchange will be issued/exchanged for any single item older than 7 days beyond the delivery date.
Full credit or replacement, at our discretion, will be allowed in cases where the goods are returned because of obviously faulty workmanship or an error on the part of our organisation. All claims must be made within 7 days of merchandise. Edinburgh Trike Services will not accept any electrical parts for credit that have been installed and run unless we can prove beyond doubt that the electrical part involved is in fact defective and only then will Edinburgh Trike Services either repair or replace the defective item.
We make every effort to ship the correct parts to our customers. We double check each order when it is entered into our computer by comparing that model/Part number and the description you have given us against the description for that model/part number in the system. Title of goods shall not pass to the buyer until paid for in full.
